PRESENTATION
OSTS is a set of six targets with LEDs and shock sensors, controlled by software and allowing the creation of shooting training programs or intervention scenarios using non-lethal ammunition.

It is, par excellence, a tool for putting and maintaining shooters and shooting teams in operational condition.
​
Totally transportable, programmable, and autonomous, using non-lethal munitions, it does not require specialized infrastructure. It can be implemented in any type of building such as: storehouse, basement, garage, building, combat village, CQB (Close-Quarters Battle) etc...
OSTS allows shooters to be trained in static and dynamic shooting, including 360°, to monitor results and progress and to carry out a multitude of realistic scenarios for operational preparation: (terrorist action, hostage taking, building search, controls,).

Used in living or working environments, without wasting time traveling to specialized infrastructures, at a reduced cost, it allows training to be optimized and ammunition to be used during live fire sessions.

OSTS adapts to law enforcement and armed forces as part of operational preparation and training. It can also be adapted to sports shooting activities, initial training for beginner shooters or to organize diversified activities, with non-lethal ammunition; dynamic shooting courses for example, which significantly increases the attractiveness of the discipline and the center.
CONTENT
An OSTS kit includes:
The “targets” suitcase which contains:
• Six (6) targets[1] with programmable LED and shock sensor and their 10m cables.
• A motion detector with its 10 m cable, a support and a retractable tripod.
The control case with the electronic heart of the system, its battery, a charger and a radio modem.
The set is supplied with the software (lifetime license, installable on several Windows PCs or tablets).

- Pre-drilled support silhouettes for targets.
- Rings for attaching supports to retractable tripods.
- 2.00m retractable tripods.

FUNCTIONING
OSTS can be used individually or in teams, for static or dynamic training, with isolated targets (shooting range), groups of targets (building search, hostile group with or without hostage(s) etc.) or under the form of a synthesis path presenting successive scenes (scenarios).
It can be used with training ammunition (para marking ammunition), or AIR SOFT replicas.
The OSTS software can be installed on any type of Windows PC and tablet (Windows 10 recommended). The designed scenarios and firing orders are transmitted to the control cases by a radio modem.

It manages an electronic shooting log for several hundred shooters whose results it tracks when the shots are recorded.
​
An interface allows you to create and save scenarios adapted to the desired educational or operational effect and to find them later. The instructor can enter the number of impacts required, the color of the LED, the time delay, the interaction of the visuals in the context of elaborate scenarios... They can be exported to other machines.

The “course” interface allows you to create complex scenarios and install up to 15 kits together. A specific function allows them to be used as part of the search of a building or an apartment building.
Shooters can operate alone or in groups.
This leaves, both for professionals and for sports shooters, a wide choice of equipment, complementary to each other, and making it possible to balance budgetary expenses and operational imperatives, control of time, while ultimately valuing, in classic stand, the use of the service or shooting weapon.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES & OPERATIONAL
OSTS makes it possible to complete the range of static and dynamic training educational tools and to optimize all facets of training (cost price, limitation of time spent on travel, simplification of planning, etc.).

OSTS provides instructors and element leaders or shooting center managers with a simple, reliable, attractive, low-cost tool that makes it possible to simplify the monitoring of shooters and their progress and to diversify the methods of training.
OSTS allows you to:
• Train shooters and teams at low cost and with very low constraints or "rough up" beginner shooters without risk.
• Install “at home” training areas and take advantage of opportunities to vary locations and environments (provision of a building, a hangar, an old factory, etc.) by increasing the frequency of training.
• Work in depth on the fundamentals (position of the shooter, aiming and releasing the trigger, changing magazines, changing the axes of fire in elevation and azimuth).
• Mechanize movement, coordination and communication within a team and respect each team member's shooting sectors.
• Learn to manage personal and collective stress (OSTS can generate ambient sounds and can mix targets and a “breastplate” animation).
• Create a multitude of tailor-made scenarios, at the hands of the instructors and adapted to the specific needs of each person by offering dynamic operational “restitutions”.
